When do we want to head over to Rochester?

Andy found out that the Rochester group is at their workshop from 9:00 until 12:00 (likely 2:00) on Saturdays. I'm likely going to want to ride if the weather is decent, so I can't guarantee I'll make it until the weather turns consistently bad. They are also there on Wednesdays in the morning, but I suspect that it will be difficult to make it during a workday.
